About us
Pipe Flow Ltd is a Gas Safe registered plumbing and heating company operating across West London. Our registered company and Gas Safe numbers are shown in the site footer.
Quotations
All quotations are free, fixed and no-obligation, and remain valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices assume reasonable access, safe working conditions and no undiscovered structural issues. Any variation will be discussed and agreed with you in writing before additional work begins.
Bookings and cancellations
Bookings are confirmed by email or SMS. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quotation. Invoices for smaller works are payable on completion. Larger installations may include a materials deposit as agreed in advance.
Warranties and guarantees
New boiler installations carry the manufacturer warranty (up to 12 years with accredited installers such as Worcester Bosch and Vaillant). Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Warranties do not cover misuse, tampering or lack of annual servicing where required.
Liability
We hold £2 million public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
